My name is Carly Quiring and I’m both an in-person and virtual personal trainer. I've been training for 7 years and prior to that I obtained my degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a focus in Fitness and Nutrition from Oregon State University. I am an NSCA Personal Trainer and I am a certified Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist through Fit for Birth.

I've had the pleasure of working with all populations to improve their physical fitness and body composition. I truly love helping my clients realize their own strength!

    With proper nutritional guidance and weight training this training focus will promote muscle building and fat loss.

    Training specific for those expecting or looking to get back in shape post baby. Training focuses on pelvic floor exercises, diaphragmatic breathing to keep your core connected and to bring it back together if you are experiencing separation of the core.
